Hi Everyone,

I hope you'll have a chance to attend Wednesday's meeting, I'd like to  
show off a new cross-platform program I've been working on and discuss  
the cybersquatting phenomenon that inspired it. There's a Windows  
VB.NET version, a Mac desktop version written in Objective-C, and a  
Mac desktop widget which earned an Apple Staff Pick upon its release.  
Liberate Domains was released on June 23rd, 2008; the 25th anniversary  
of the Domain Name System (DNS).

Hear about the Unasi syndicate, its abuse of the DNS, registrar  
involvement, and practical tactics to prevent the balkanization of the  
Web.
